This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s zoning maps for certain properties in the area bounded by Spring Garden Street, 9th Street, Callowhill Street, Franklin Street, the Vine Street Expressway, Vine Street, and Broad Street. It changes those properties from their previous zoning designations to the designations shown on maps included with the ordinance.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Spring Garden Street, 9th Street, Callowhill Street, Franklin Street, Vine Street Expressway, Vine Street, and Broad Street.
