This enacted ordinance authorizes paving Bucknell Street from Oxford Street to Jefferson Street, Twenty-Third Street from Oxford Street to Jefferson Street, and Bolton Street from Croskey Street to Twenty-Third Street for new residential development. It allows the City to enter into a paving contract or requires the interested party to pay for the work under an agreement and bond; the streets must first be dedicated or opened for public use.
