This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain properties in the area bounded by Hermitage Street, Lawnton Street, Green Lane, Jannette Street, Monastery Avenue, Houghton Street, Walnut Lane, Shurs Lane, Merrick Street, Pensdale Street, and Mitchell Street. The specific new designations are shown on zoning Maps B1, B2, and B3, and the ordinance took effect immediately.
