This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from the official City Plan and abandon a drainage right-of-way extending from Callowhill Street to Willow Street west of Third Street. The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet conditions, including agreements protecting the City from claims, covering any needed changes to water and sewer facilities, and providing financial security for that work; $200 must also be paid into the City Treasury.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 271 and abandoning of a certain right-of-way reserved for drainage purposes which extends from Callowhill Street to Willow Street, west of Third Street, under certain terms and conditions.
