This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire, for the City, some or all of the parcels and buildings at 351–355 West Penn Street and 5322–5334 Newhall Street. The City may acquire the properties by purchase, condemnation, or another method, subject to specified terms and review by the City Solicitor.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire by purchase, condemnation or otherwise title in some or all of the parcels of land together with the improvements thereon situate commonly known as 351-355 West Penn Street and 5322-5334 Newhall Street, under certain terms and conditions.
