The enacted ordinance authorizes Nancy S. Trachtenberg to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1444 South Broad Street, with four tables and eight chairs extending onto the Dickinson Street sidewalk. The café must meet City requirements, obtain required permits and insurance, post signs about pets and bicycles, and be removed or relocated if the City requires it or if the café no longer complies with applicable rules.
