This enacted ordinance authorizes Mohammad Chowdhury, who operates a newsstand at 17th and Ranstead Streets, to construct and maintain underground conduits across the street corner to provide electrical and telephone service. The work requires permits, city-approved plans, insurance, a bond, and an agreement with the City, and the conduits must be removed if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice.

Authorizing Mohammad Chowdhury, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northwest corner of 17th street and Ranstead street, to construct, use and maintain conduits in, under and across the northwest corner of 17th street and Ranstead street for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
