The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Board of Surveyors to remove the portion of Webb Street from Huntingdon Street to about 100 feet southwest of it from the official City Plan. Property owners or other interested parties must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from damage claims, paying public-hearing advertising costs, and paying $200 into the City Treasury; the City’s dead-end-street rule will not apply to the affected portion of Webb Street.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 195 by striking from the City Plan Webb Street from Huntingdon Street to a point approximately one-hundred feet southwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
