This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Board of Surveyors to remove a portion of Edgemont Street from the City Plan and adjust parts of The Delaware Expressway’s right-of-way between Wheatsheaf Lane and Butler Street to match lines set by Pennsylvania. The property owner or other party involved must file agreements addressing potential claims and City protections, pay the cost of advertising the required public hearing, and pay $200 toward the City’s costs within the specified deadlines.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan Edgemont Street from Wheatsheaf Lane to a point approximately two-hundred sixty-eight feet southwestwardly therefrom and relocating portions of the right-of-way lines of The Delaware Expressway, between Wheatsheaf Lane and Butler Street, to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
