This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of Philadelphia, to acquire full or partial ownership of specified parcels along the Delaware River and the Kensington & Tacony Trail. The land may be acquired through purchase, condemnation, donation, or other means and incorporated into the trail for public recreation; the City Solicitor may approve the necessary documents.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire fee simple title, or a lesser interest in real estate, in parcels of land along the Delaware River and the Kensington & Tacony Trail, under certain terms and conditions.
