This enacted bill authorizes paving Gates Street from Silverwood Street to Cross Street and part of Cross Street, for new residential development. It allows the Procurement Commissioner to contract for the work, or the interested party to cover the paving cost under an agreement and bond; $200 must also be paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after the ordinance becomes law.

Authorizing the paving of Gates Street from Silverwood Street to Cross Street and Cross Street from Gates Street to a point approximately two-hundred forty-six feet southeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
