The enacted ordinance authorizes Gary Jonas to install, own, and maintain concrete stairs and landscaped terraces extending into the sidewalk along 2322–2334 Green Street. The authorization is subject to City permits, insurance, other conditions, and removal or relocation if required for public projects, sidewalk closures, violations, or other City determinations; at least 9 feet 4 inches of passable sidewalk must remain.
