The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to approve a plan vacating a portion of Byberry Road from near Woodhaven Road to the Philadelphia-Bucks County line. The vacation is subject to conditions, including agreements protecting the City from damages, notice to Bensalem officials, and an easement preserving access for properties along the road.
Authorizing the vacating of Byberry Road (not on City Plan) from the terminus of Byberry Road as plotted on the City Plan, approximately one-thousand one-hundred ninety-six feet eastwardly, southwardly, and southeastwardly from Woodhaven Road, to the City of Philadelphia-Bucks County Line, under certain terms and conditions.
