This enacted bill changes the zoning designations for certain areas of land within the area bounded by Ridge Avenue, 16th Street, Ogden Street, 15th Street, Poplar Street, Carlisle Street, and Brown Street. The new zoning designations are shown on the legislation’s zoning maps, and the ordinance took effect immediately.
