This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from its official plan and abandon a right-of-way running from Galloway Street, south of Packer Avenue, to Pattison Avenue. The change is subject to agreements and financial guarantees from the affected property owner or other responsible party, including covering any needed adjustments to water, sewer, fire hydrant, and public utility facilities and protecting the City from related claims.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 42-S and abandonment of a right-of-way reserved for drainage purposes, water main purposes, and public utility purposes which extends from the southerly terminus of Galloway Street, south of Packer Avenue, southwardly to Pattison Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
