The enacted law requires certain businesses located in designated areas, and businesses receiving specified City financial assistance or subsidies, to submit annual reports to the City about their subsidies, employees, jobs created, job compensation, and certain legal violations. The City must publish the reported information online and provide annual analysis to City Council; businesses that fail to comply may face fines, and willful violations may lead to suspension or revocation of a Commercial Activity License.

Amending Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Finance, Taxes and Collections," to add a Chapter requiring businesses located in certain areas of the City or that receive tax or other subsidies from the City to provide certain economic development data to the City and requiring the publication by the City of such data; all under certain terms and conditions.
