This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from the official City Plan and abandon a drainage right-of-way within the former Jackson Street area between Swanson Street and Vandalia Street. The property owner or owners affected must meet specified requirements, including agreements protecting the City from claims or damages, and a $200 payment toward City costs is required for the ordinance to take effect.
