This enacted ordinance authorizes Roland Kasis to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1204 Frankford Avenue. The café may have 10 tables for up to 20 occupants and extend four feet into the sidewalk, subject to required permits, insurance, city rules, and possible removal or relocation if the City requires it.
