This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s farmers’ market rules to permit a farmers’ market on the north-side sidewalk and adjoining curb lane of Ann Street, between Mercer Street and Almond Street. The change took effect immediately and applies to farmers’ market activity at that location.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions.
