This enacted ordinance changed the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for land bounded by Cypress Street, Watts Street, Pine Street, and Broad Street, replacing the existing zoning designations with those shown in the ordinance. It took effect immediately, but expired on January 1, 2020, after which the zoning maps reverted to their prior designations.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Cypress Street, Watts Street, Pine Street, and Broad Street.
