This enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on both sides of Pine Street between 45th and 46th Streets from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday, except for vehicles covered by RPP #2. It also establishes a two-hour limit on the east side of Melville Street between Locust and Walnut Streets from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with the same exception.
