This enacted ordinance authorizes Rachel Miller of Best Partners LP to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 4301 Baltimore Avenue, subject to City permits, insurance, and other requirements. The café must follow City rules and may have to be removed or relocated with notice if it no longer meets placement requirements, interferes with a public project, or violates applicable rules.
