This enacted ordinance legalizes an existing wooden fence at 841–843 N. Opal Street that extends about eight feet into the east sidewalk area and is up to six feet high, leaving no passable sidewalk. The property owner must obtain required permits, enter an agreement with the City, maintain insurance and other protections, and remove the fence if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project or other required removal.
