This enacted ordinance adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal 2017 Capital Budget, totaling $2,542,806,242, for capital projects during the fiscal year from July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017. It authorizes spending for the listed purposes, subject to available loans and certified funds, and requires formal grant awards before certain federal, state, private, or other-government funds can be used.
