The enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by Ford Road, Chamounix Drive, Belmont Avenue, and Monument Road. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s Map B, effective immediately.
