This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for CMX-3 commercial districts. It removes single-family homes as an allowed use and permits two-family homes when at least half of the ground-floor frontage is nonresidential or the lot is smaller than 1,440 square feet.
Amending Section 14-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Regulations," by modifying the household living uses allowed in the CMX-3 district and making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
