This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by 28th Street, Thompson Street, 25th Street, North College Avenue, West College Avenue, and Girard Avenue. It replaces the area’s existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s maps and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 28th Street, Thompson Street, 25th Street, North College Avenue, West College Avenue, and Girard Avenue.
