This enacted ordinance changed the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within the boundaries of 21st Street, Oxford Street, 20th Street, Master Street, and Ridge Avenue. It replaced the prior zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s maps, effective immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 21st Street, Oxford Street, 20th Street, Master Street, and Ridge Avenue.
