The enacted measure approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2017 capital budget of up to $118.25 million, including its financing plan, for spending from September 1, 2016, through August 31, 2017. It requires PGW to follow specified capital-program rules, limits spending and transfers involving certain conditional funds unless the Gas Commission authorizes them, and acknowledges PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for fiscal years 2018 through 2022.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2017 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2018 through 2022.
