The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to amend the City’s sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for City use of space at 1101 Market Street. The agreement covers approximately 179,295 square feet of office space, with a 15-year term beginning September 1, 2016, and also includes storage space and a tenant improvement allowance.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into an amendment to a sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for the use by the City of premises located at 1101 Market Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
