This enacted ordinance authorizes Mulherin Partners LLC to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1355 Front Street, using two sections of the Master Street sidewalk with 21 tables and 62 chairs while leaving at least five feet of clear walkway. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, maintain insurance, and remove or relocate the café within 30 days if directed for certain violations, public projects, or sidewalk needs.
