The enacted legislation revises Philadelphia’s required signs at sites involving new construction, structural alterations, or demolition. Major-building projects must post a prominently placed project information panel with specified materials, lettering, and project details, while other covered buildings must display a Department-printed sign; one- and two-family homes are generally excluded unless more than two are part of the project.

Amending Title 4 (The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code), Subcode "A" (The Philadelphia Administrative Code), of The Philadelphia Code, by revising signage requirements relating to construction and demolition projects; all under certain terms and conditions.
