This enacted ordinance requires Philadelphia school buildings to have one functioning drinking fountain for every 100 students, or fraction of that number, with at least one fountain on each floor. Schools may use water dispensers instead of up to half of the required fountains; child care facilities that are not part of a school are excluded.

Amending Subcode "PM" of The Philadelphia Code ("The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code"), by adding certain provisions related to drinking facilities in schools; all under certain terms and conditions.
