This enacted bill authorizes the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to enter into a multi-year agreement with SEPTA for access needed to carry out improvements to JFK Plaza, also known as Love Park. The agreement would release and protect SEPTA from certain claims or losses related to the park improvements and must be reviewed and approved by the City Solicitor.
Authorizing the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to enter into an agreement to release and indemnify the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority in connection with access provided by SEPTA to carry out a project for improvements to JFK Plaza, aka "Love Park," at 15th and JFK Boulevard, all under certain terms and conditions.
