This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties in the area bounded by Grays Ferry Avenue, Kimball Street, 25th Street, and Washington Avenue. It changes those properties from their former zoning designations shown on Map A to the designations shown on Map B, and took effect immediately.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Grays Ferry Avenue, Kimball Street, 25th Street and Washington Avenue.
