This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia License Number One, Inc. to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1200 S. 21st Street, with five tables and 16 chairs extending about four feet into the Federal Street sidewalk while leaving at least 7 feet 4 inches clear. The owner must obtain required permits, follow city rules, maintain insurance, and remove or relocate the café when legally required; the authorization is subject to expiration deadlines and other conditions.
