This ordinance establishes a process for qualifying community gardens to receive discounted stormwater management and disposal charges. Eligible gardens must meet conditions including being operated for public benefit, having at least 80% pervious area, and maintaining the property; the Water Department must approve applications, and the Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board may provide discounts of up to 100%. The ordinance does not authorize exemptions from water or sanitary sewer charges.
