This enacted bill authorizes the City to remove Shunk Street from the official City Plan between Swanson Street and Vandalia Street while preserving a right-of-way there for sewer and drainage purposes. Property owners or other parties requesting the change must meet conditions including granting the sewer right-of-way, paying specified costs and the appraised value of the former street bed, and allowing City access for sewer-related work.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 27-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Shunk Street from Swanson Street to Vandalia Street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Shunk Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
