The enacted ordinance revises fees, commissions, and reimbursements charged by the Philadelphia Sheriff for services such as property seizures and sales, serving legal documents, court orders, claims, and transportation or storage of seized property. It also changes the commission structure for certain sales and updates mileage and other service charges, affecting people and parties who use or pay for these Sheriff’s services.

Amending Section 10-1002 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sheriff's Fees," by revising fees, commissions and reimbursements for various functions and services performed by the Sheriff and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
