The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property and the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to sublease McArdle Playground from the Philadelphia Municipal Authority. The playground is owned by the School District of Philadelphia, which will lease it to the Authority under a master lease, and the City Solicitor may approve the related lease terms.
