The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property and the Director of Commerce to acquire, for the City, about two acres at 8365 Enterprise Avenue, including the buildings and other improvements on the property. It also removes certain restrictions from the property’s 1962 title, allowing the property to be used without those restrictions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Director of Commerce, on behalf of the City, to acquire an approximately two acre property known as 8365 Enterprise Avenue, together with all improvements thereon, and removing a certain title exception with respect thereto, all under certain terms and conditions.
