The enacted bill authorizes the City, through the Commissioner of Public Property and the Director of Commerce, to acquire about 1.2 acres known as Parcel T at Island and Escort Avenues, including the improvements on the land. It also removes a specific restriction in the property’s title, allowing the property to be used without that restriction.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Director of Commerce, on behalf of the City, to acquire approximately 1.2 acres of land known as Parcel T located at the northeast corner of Island and Escort Avenues, together with all improvements thereon; and removing a certain title exception with respect thereto; all under certain terms and conditions.
