This enacted ordinance amended a 2014 ordinance concerning the vacation of Hope Street from Laurel Street to Pollard Street and the reservation of a sewer and drainage right-of-way within that area. It extended the deadline for meeting the earlier ordinance’s conditions to May 19, 2018, and retained a requirement to pay $200 toward costs into the City Treasury within 120 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 140280) approved May 19, 2014, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Hope Street from Laurel Street to Pollard Street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Hope Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
