This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove the portion of Webb Street from Huntingdon Street to about 100 feet southwest of it from the official City Plan. The change is subject to conditions including agreements protecting the City from damage claims, payment of public-hearing advertising costs, and a $200 payment to the City Treasury; the dead-end-street rule will not apply to the affected portion of Webb Street.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 195 by striking from the City Plan Webb Street from Huntingdon Street to a point approximately one-hundred feet southwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
