This enacted ordinance authorizes the property owner at 3847 Terrace Street to install and maintain an open-air sidewalk café in two sections, with up to two tables and four chairs in each section on Terrace and Salaignac Streets. The café must leave at least five feet of clear sidewalk, and the owner must obtain required permits, carry insurance, follow City rules, and remove or relocate it when required by the City.
