This enacted ordinance changes zoning rules for ground-floor uses in Philadelphia’s CMX-2 and CMX-2.5 commercial districts. Buildings in these districts must have a nonresidential use, other than parking, along all of the ground-floor frontage and within the first 30 feet of building depth; the ordinance took effect immediately.

Amending Chapter 14-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Regulations," by modifying certain standards for ground floor uses in the CMX-2 and CMX-2.5 districts.
