This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove the Herschel Road segment between Peyton Street and Priestley Street from the official City Plan. The affected property owner or other responsible party must cover related costs, protect the City from claims, and make or fund any needed changes to sidewalks, streets, utilities, lighting, sewers, and other infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 327 by striking from the City Plan Herschel Road from Peyton Street to Priestly Street, under certain terms and conditions.
