The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that remove and vacate the legally open portion of Saybrook Street between Forty-Fifth Street and Melville Street, and remove Forty-Fifth Street from the plan between Woodland Avenue and Linmore Street. As conditions, the party involved must address claims, required changes to streets and utility facilities, related costs, and required filings and financial guarantees.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 246 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Saybrook Street from Forty-Fifth Street to Melville Street and striking from the City Plan Forty-Fifth Street from Woodland Avenue to Linmore Street, under certain terms and conditions.
