This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning and planning public-notice rules. When an applicant must post a required notice sign, the applicant must also post next to each sign any applicable referral or refusal issued by the Department of Licenses and Inspections, which must provide the required printed copies; the change takes effect 60 days after the Mayor’s signature.

To amend Chapter 14-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administration and Procedures," by modifying the public notice requirements and making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
