This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the official street plan by removing an unopened, 28-foot-wide portion of Grays Ferry Avenue between Carpenter Street, Kimball Street, and a point about 168 feet southwest of Kimball Street. The change is subject to conditions requiring the interested party to protect the City from claims, pay hearing advertising costs, and pay $200 toward the ordinance’s costs within specified time limits.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 16-S by striking from the City Plan the southeasterly twenty-eight feet wide unopened portion of Grays Ferry Avenue from Carpenter Street to Kimball Street and from Kimball Street to a point approximately one-hundred sixty-eight feet southwestwardly therefrom in order to conform more closely with existing conditions, under certain terms and conditions.
